DANIEL
(Daniel)
Daniel 9:2 and 10:2 identifies the Prophet Daniel as the author and Y’shua also mentions Daniel as the author in Matt 24:15. Daniel’s Hebrew name means Yah is my judge and the book was written originally in Aramaic approximately between 540 and 530 B.C. In 605 B.C., Nebuchadnezzar, King of Babylon, had conquered Jerusalem and the House of Judah and deported the survivors to Babylon, including Daniel, who would serve in the royal court of Nebuchadnezzar. The book is a record of miraculous events, prophecies and visions of the Prophet Daniel from their current time in captivity to when the messiah would come in the end. Much of the book has been fulfilled perfectly down to the intricate detail Daniel was given, so we should rest knowing that everything that is yet to come true will come true just as Elohim has declared through His Prophet Daniel, whose life reflected the fact that Elohim still cared for His covenant people while they were in exile in Babylon.
Aleph/Tav את Used in DANIEL: et אֶת 0 times, אֶת־ et- 31 times, אֵת eet 6 times, אֶת־ Et- 0 times, אֵת Eet 0 times, אָתְּ aat 0 times, אַתְּ at 0 times, אַתְּ־ at- 0 times, = Total 37
Vav/Aleph/Tav ואת Wa‘at וְאַתְּ 0 times, Wa‘eet וְאֵת 0 times, Wa‘et- וְאֶת־ 2 times = 2 Grand Total 39
Aleph/Tav ALERT: The Book of Daniel is only 12 chapters with only a total of 39 Aleph/Tav את Symbols but they are placed in key locations that reveal the workings of the Yah-head with Daniel. The first time an את is placed in front of Daniel’s name in Daniel 1:9 which is to bear witness that Elohim את (Yah-head) is the one who causes Daniel by His Spirit to find favor and compassion in the sight of the prince and eunuchs. Dan 2:3 And the king said to them, I have dreamed a dream and my spirit is troubled to know את the dream…implying that the dream was prophetic and given through את Y’shua. Chapters 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 have no Aleph/Tav את Symbols. We see who is responsible for giving Daniel his vision in Daniel 8:15 And it came to pass, when I had seen, even I Daniel, את the vision…implying through את Y’shua, Daniel was given the vision. Then Daniel sets his face to seek the Yah-head in Dan 9:3 And I set את my face to יהוה Elohim, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting and sackcloth and ashes…11 All Israel has transgressed את your Torah…12 He (Elohim) has confirmed את His words, which He spoke against us…13 As it is written in the Torah of Moses, את all this calamity has come upon us, yet we have not made our prayer before את יהוה our Elohim, turning from our iniquities and giving heed to your truth…implying that the Yah-head has confirmed what Moses spoke in the Torah (Deut 30/Lev 26) that their sin has caused את Y’shua to bring this calamity.
All the visions come by Father’s spirit to Daniel through את Y’shua as in 10:7 And saw I, Daniel, alone את the vision; for the men that were with me did not see את the vision; but a great quaking fell upon them and they fled to hide themselves…implying where the Spirit of the Yah-head is, there comes awesome fear just as Abraham was in fear after the presence of the Yah-head put him to sleep and made covenant with him in Gen 15:17…את Y’shua speaks to Daniel in 10:9 Yet heard I את voice of his words; and when I heard את voice of his words, then was I fallen into a deep sleep on my face, with my face toward the ground…and then את Y’shua appears to Daniel in 12:7 And I heard את the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven and swore by Him that lives forever…implying that an oath is being taken by את Y’shua in the name of יהוה Father concerning the time that will transpire in the last days (3 ½ years) during the Great Tribulation/WWIII/7th Bowl of Revelation. Daniel then calls the man in linen “my Adonai” proving this is את Y’shua.
